Hi! I’m Luba
I’m a Marketing Manager, Filmmaker, and Designer with nearly 15 years of creative experience, helping brands and businesses be seen and grow. From live events, to viral reels, to beloved children’s television shows, there’s a good chance you’ve already seen my work!
Marketing STRATEGY
When it comes to marketing, I believe in a creative-forward approach.
SEO, copywriting, and quality of product can only take you so far if the product doesn’t stand out visually in a world that relies on sharing. Unique and skilled artwork not only makes consumers say “wow”, but it helps build trust with the brand.
For example, after pushing visuals such as the following to online event sites, Meta Ads, and print, the result was sold-out shows, including events that were slower to sell at their beginning. Original designs as well as social media reels proved to audiences that these artists weren’t just good, they were high-quality.
SOCIAL MEDIA CREATION
With a proven track record of creating viral content, reels that I created have enjoyed over 4 Million views across platforms. Combining my experience in video editing, motion graphics, and live performance, my content has been enjoyed on social media, and also inspired a television show!
Video Production
Thanks to the success of my nature-based social videos, “Nature’s Cool” was green-lit by Bell Fibe TV1 in 2024 for a 6-episode season. Budgets were made, grants obtained, and the production process began. I directed, wrote, hosted, and created visual effects for the series. I was also the Executive Producer, which involved incorporating my own production company: Laughadil Productions Inc.
The end result? A fun and educational show that was delivered on-time and on-budget. And most importantly? It’s pretty dang cool:
DESIGN AND ANIMATION
As a designer and animator, I have worked in-house at some of Canada’s most recognizable media companies, including CBC, Global News, and 9 Story Entertainment. My work has been seen on CBC Kids, PBS, and even an episode of Sesame Street! Additionally, much like my experience in Video Production, I thrive in creating short animated films, which have been seen on Funny Or Die, The Animation Blog, and won the 2021 Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival award for Outstanding Comedy Short. From scriptwriting, to directing, to animating, to even musical composition, I love diving into every piece of the process.
So what now?
To say that I’m experienced in creative and marketing services would be an understatement. But while my time spent in the industry is one thing, creating content that stands out has been another. Videos, posters, social media, and more, have all reached audiences through a combination of design, direction, strategy, and vision.
Should you ever wish to chat about what could be our next project, I would love to hear from you.
